Let's break down the form to help you make a good application.
How high in rank are you willing to go?
Well, how high do you think you can handle? Don't immediately go for admin, but start with bio accepter or trainee.
What jobs are you willing to do?
We all know that bio accepters accept bios, tech mods do the coding, trainees accept bios and enforce rules, mods and global mods accept bios, enforce rules, hold contests, and more. Admins do all of that plus run the site.
Have you broken any site rules?
Be honest. Have you ever double posted or spammed? If you broke a rule and never told anyone and we find out, it'll take a long time to earn our tsust back. IF you ever do.
What can you do to improve the site?
Self explanatory. Elaborate.
Why do you want to be staff?
Simple. Tell us why you want to be a member of the staff.

I can go all the way to admin if you need the extra help. But right now, if you need another bio accepter, coder, whatever, I'm here. =P I'm really good with the coding, and if you need a graphic maker. I'm you man. ^.^ also, if you want a rp teacher/helper. I'm right here

nope. just joined...sooo, I havne't the chance! -shifty eyes- lawl jk
What can you do to improve the site?:
I can get some neat codes on, make the site more appealing, and unique. =P Help advertise, link back to others when needed, help with role-play schools and such. Look of rule-breakers, that chiz...
Why do you want to be staff?:
I've had loads of experience. I've been on like....three other sites I'm a staff member of. I've had about 6 years of role-play experience and with proboards sites. So I know the ins' and outs' of um'. I'm friendly to others, and can pretty much just be friends with any person I come across. Good at organizing and making graphics to spice up stuffs. =P

The silhouette of a slim and tall feline made it's way to the top of the ravine. Upon closer inspection, a cream and white tabby mixed she-cat could be seen looking down on the mingling cats below.
Rushingstar's dark blue eyes blinked slowly as she felt the wind ruffle her soft fur. As the moon showed down, any cat could mistaken her as a WindClan warrior. What with her long back legs that showed her half-clan heritage, it was a wonder why her own clan didn't think a WindClan rival was raiding their camp each morning when they saw the dark form that is their leader step out into the cool night.
The new leader breathed in the scents of the air, the mingled smells of Thunder and Shadow reached her nostrils. Her eyes squinted slightly to see the different colored pelts of the clan cats. She was slightly upset that RiverClan weren't the first here, but at least they weren't the last.
The she-cat stretched in a lazy manner, one not of a proper leader, but she was just like that. Her tail curled up as she sat up and looked back at her clan, their eyes glowing dimly as they flickered about, waiting for her signal.
She had choosen carefully Fadingstorm, Brindlesky, Ashstorm, Ripplestream, Bloodclaw, Seapaw, Cloverpaw and Spiderpaw.
Rushingstar was indeed a new leader, so this would be her first gathering as the highest ranking representative of RiverClan. It made her pelt tingle with excitement, but also, with some anxiously. Of course she was abit nervous about getting up to address all four clans....(that is if windclan got here) Wouldn't any new leader be?
The young she-cat's gaze rested on her deputy, the ever so loyal, Fadingstorm. She smiled slightly at him, to show that she wasn't nervous, a cover up really. "You ready?" She whispered to him, tail waiting to give the signal when her deputy gave an answer.

=P You can make your staff graphic now. It has to be sized 246x79 and have your name/rank on it. PM the link to me and I'll put it in-I have a certain way I want to do it.
